Afin de moderniser son atelier charcuterie, le Bois jumel a décidé de mettre en place une ligne automatisée pour le dosage et le capsulage de ses pots. 3 années ont été nécessaire pour ce projet de modernisation afin de concilier amélioration des conditions de travail et performance.

Face à ce changement d’équipement, les salariés avaient des questions : est-ce que le nombre de postes allait être diminué, est-ce que la production allait être augmentée ?

Pour répondre aux inquiétudes des salariés et d’atteindre les objectifs du projet, le Bois jumel a été accompagné par l’Aract Bretagne.

Deux jours de tournage ont été nécessaires pour ce film. Le premier jour pour filmer les conditions de travail à l’état initial et un deuxième jour, quelques mois après, une fois la nouvelle ligne de production installée.
